So, ever since I got into the show and fandom, I've been pretty open about it, and worn merch around town and at work. In the latter case, pony-themed lanyards, buttons, badges, and stickers. When I was at the Electronics counter at Wal-Mart, I'd get about two or three people a day asking about them, and the reaction was pretty consistent:

"Is that My Little Pony?"
"Yep."
"You really watch that?"
"Yep."
"Why?"
"Cause I'm awesome."

I was collecting debts, this one from the guy named Chick, and once I got it from where he left it, if you carry on down the hill, you'll find a small and abandoned building full of skeletons in a sermon.
